We cordially invite you to attend the “Austrian Food Chemistry Days 2024” (Österreichische Lebensmittelchemie-Tage 2024).
The Austrian Food Chemistry Days will provide a platform for food chemists, food analysts, food toxicologists, food technologists, and nutrition scientists from academia, control authorities, and industry to present and discuss cutting-edge research in the field of food chemistry.
The conference will cover all aspects of food chemistry, including (but not limited to) food quality; food safety; food authenticity; food toxicology; food ingredients; food additives; food contaminants; biomonitoring and exposure assessment; food allergens; food processing; food contact materials; food sensory; food microbiology and food analysis.
The official language of the meeting will be English, enabling also non-native colleagues, in particular PhD and post doc students, to participate and present their research topics and findings.
We kindly ask you to contribute actively to the event. Abstract submission for oral and poster presentations is open. Please, find further information below.

P.B. Czedik-Eysenberg Award for young GÖCH scientists up to the age of 40 for a scientific publication in the field of food chemistry, cosmetics and/or consumer goods (endowed with EUR 1000). The awardee will be invited to give a short presentation on this occasion.
